Our refund policy is always at your disposal for a great order experience. We refund the complete amount you paid on the purchase of any theme within 30 days of the purchase made. This ensures a decent amount of time for you to experience the theme and get what you require.
Note- There shall be no refunds provided for theme package purchases after the first 30 days. As and when the initial refund period expires for subscription-based products, we shall continue to charge you as usual on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis at the same subscription rate. In case you do not wish to charge for your subscription, you should cancel your account via the clearly-marked “Cancel” link within your account panel. If there are products that are not subscription based, you need not “Cancel” these products.
We may also refund your money if you have not downloaded a purchased item within 3 months from the date of purchase. It is going to be processed once you provide the purchase code in order for the author to verify your claim that you have not downloaded an item. You will also be entitled to a refund in case an item contains a security vulnerability. Also you shall not get the refund if the item can be fixed.
We at ThemeAtlas are not obliged to give policy refunds in any of the conditions listed below.
- In case you don't want the theme after you've downloaded it.
- If the item did not meet your expectations
- In case you have change your mind
- If you have bought an item by mistake
- In case you lack sufficient expertise to use the item
- If the item is no longer available because it has been removed from our platform.
